Fang Underhill grew up in modern China, the older of two children, shaped by a family legacy in architecture and real estate. She witnessed how her father’s work created opportunity, but also how the absence of freedom held them back. After earning a Business English degree in China and a master’s in Education in the U.S., she moved to Dallas in 2006.
In 2013, she began her real estate career, driven by a passion to help others achieve freedom—financial and personal. Since then, she’s raised over $5 million in land acquisitions, funded more than $10 million in flip projects across Dallas-Fort Worth, and guided clients to luxury short-term rentals. She’s sold 10-plus single-tenant commercial properties and managed 50 rental units. But what truly sets Fang apart is her creativity—she thinks beyond the traditional. In 2024, she involved a groundbreaking Bitcoin factory project, bringing innovative investments to life. Fang is never satisfied with a single viewpoint; she ensures every project is a collaboration, so everyone wins. She pours herself into every client relationship, knowing that her children—and her clients’ children—see a path forward.
Beyond real estate, Fang’s heart is in the community. She volunteers with her kids at Feed My Starving Children, and constantly seeks new outreach programs—ones that inspire her family and her clients to dream bigger, knowing that every choice they make can build a freer tomorrow.
